We develop –
Turnkey plants for high quality food contact PET recycling
at
the most efficient cost

Costs of raw materials worldwide increased by 81% between 2000 and 2005. This means that the use of secondary raw materials is gaining in importance. Firstly, the use of recycling materials is an ecological alternative to finite raw materials, secondly this also saves costs for raw materials and energy.
Generating added value for the costumer day by day is the one
and only objective of an engineering partner. Every morning we have to ask the
question: what are the technical competencies, which are the innovative products
and where are the locations we need to provide extra benefit for the customer.
Our core competencies includes:
- Planning
plant construction; bales to marketable products, cost planning and cost effectiveness calculations
- Implementation
site management and project management; support on site approvals and environment management
- Quality assurance
quality management and supplier auditing; state food contact approvals, testing
- Maintenance
ongoing expertise transfer and process optimization; onsite and remote service
The modules can be combined for different requirements. Our know-how
in combination with modern measuring, regulation and control technology, guarantees
dependable solutions and services.
The OHL system
gives flexibility in the end viscosity as required by changing batch times for
example.
Since April 1999 the bottle-to-bottle recycling process based on this technology has received unlimited approval from the American FDA for direct contact with foodstuffs. In the past, production rejects and recyclates went mostly to the fibre industry.
Our process, allows post-consumer PET bottles to be processed into new bottles and containers.
